Dynamic watermark and screenshot protection

Two new security controls are now available: dynamic watermarking in link settings, and screenshot protection in data rooms.

Dynamic watermark

You can now enable a dynamic watermark directly in link settings. Every viewer sees their email and name overlaid on the document as they read it.

If a document leaks, you know exactly who it came from. No guessing, no chasing.

The watermark is applied automatically to all pages - you don't need to edit the file itself.

Screenshot protection

Data rooms now support screenshot protection. When enabled, viewers can't capture the screen content using standard screenshot tools.

This adds a layer of control for sensitive materials shared during due diligence - financial models, cap tables, draft agreements.

Enable it per data room in the room settings.
